we were promised jetpacks is an indie band from glasgow, scotland (originally from edinburgh - the land of haunted castles). they recently released their first full lenght 'these four walls' on fat cat records (also home to animal collective, no age, panda bear, sigur ros and mum to name a few). each song seems to be better than the last and on most songs you can hear adam's scottish accent, adding to their pop-py charm.
